CDM Management

The legal processes on climate change projects at developing countries could not be compared with the certification procedures at industrialized countries. Delays, indistinct legal conditions and cultural misunderstandings between the project partners do often complicate a successful realisation of a CDM project. Based on the experiences made with the CDM project Zámbiza Landfill Gas in Ecuador, ARA offers a complete service of such projects till the registration by the Executive Board is achieved, as well as supervision of the verification cycle.
