Christian Saul is the managing director and the shareholder of ARA. He studied business management in Kiel and had been working in the area of corporate finance, stock market analysis and asset management before establishing ARA.

Norbert Heidelmann is in charge of emissions trading and development of renewable energy projects. He is a process engineer relying on 14 years of professional experience within the areas of waste water treatment, waste disposal, renewable energies, climate protection and project development.
